新型熔铸云母绝缘材料在矿热炉中的应用研究

摘  要:介绍了一种新型合成熔铸云母材料,它具有电绝缘、耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗氧化、抗蠕变、有弹性、可切削加工等特点,克服了普通云母材料不耐高温、抗压强度低、易粉碎、易分剥和一次性使用的弊端,是矿热炉的理想绝缘材料,对矿热电炉的综合节能降耗很有意义,值得推广应用。The article has introduced a new casting mica insulating material which is the mica products manufactured with the multi-trait of mica. The mica has the particularly of electricity insulated, high temprature-resistant, corrosion-resistant, anti-oxidation, creeping-resistant, elasticity, cutable etc. This new casting material conquened the disadvantage of the normal mica like incapable of heat-resistance, low intention of anti-pressure, breakable, separatable, once-use only, It is really the prefect insulated material for the submerged arc furnace due to the magnificent of saving the energy and deducing the consumption comprehensively and deserved to be generalized and applied.
