摘 要:在三角图中对甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸单体的三元组成进行设计,用自由基溶液聚合法合成了一系列不同单体配比的丙烯酸树脂。用共溶剂法及光学显微镜法研究了合成的丙烯酸树脂与环氧树脂的相容性,将丙烯酸树脂与环氧树脂的相容性分为从相容到不相容的三类。用浊度法和匹配溶解特性法测定了丙烯酸树脂和环氧树脂的一维溶度参数和三维溶度参数,分析结果表明三维溶度参数和重叠因子可以更准确地预测树脂间的相容性。Designed in a triangle diagram, a series of different - monomer - ratio polyacrylate ( MMA, BA, MA) was synthesized by solution radical polymerization. The compatibility between polyacrylate and epoxy resin was studied by means of co - solvent method and microscopy, three levels of compatibility were obtained, which are compatible, incompatible and intermediate case. One dimensional and three dimensional solubility parameter of polyacrylate and epoxy resin were measured by use of cloudiness and matching solu- bility characteristics. The results show that the three dimensional solubility parameter and percentage solubility sphere overlap volume can be used to predict the compatibility between resins.
