江苏油田采油平台用防腐蚀涂料的性能评价

摘　　要：结合各防腐涂料的实际应用特点和不同性能以及泄洪道区域环境特点,比较了10种以上不同配套涂层,分别采用在泄洪道典型区域现场挂片试验和实验室加速试验等试验方法进行各种性能的评价。结果表明:环氧富锌/丙烯酸聚氨酯、IPN/丙烯酸聚氨酯和IPN/环氧煤沥青等配套涂层体系是适合于江苏油田采油平台用的防腐涂料。According to the applications characteristics and different performance of anticorrosion coatings, also the environment characteristic of the field of the spillway, more than lO kinds of coats were evaluated by the outdoor exposure and indoor accelerated corrosion test. The results indicate that the suited anticorrosion coatings in oil drilling platform of Jiangsu oilfield was epoxy zinc - rich as primer and acrylic polyurethane as top coatings, or IPN primer and acrylic polyurethane or epoxy -coal tar pitch as top coatings.
