摘　　要：目的 建立测定丙谷胺片含量的方法。方法 采用HPLC法，色谱柱为Hypersil OSD C18（250×4．0mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈。pH7．2的磷酸盐缓冲液（30：70），测定波长224nm。结果 线性范围12．64-63．20μg·mL^-1，r=1；平均加样回收率为99．9％，RSD=0．5％（n=6）。结论 方法简便、重现性好，准确可靠。OBJECTIVE A HPLC method for Proglumide Tablets was established. METHODS A Hypersil ODS C18（250× 4. 0mm, 5μm）column was used with Acetonitrile-phosphoric buffer（pH7.2）（30 ： 70）as mobile phase. Puerarin content was detected at a wavelength of 224nm. RESULTS The linear range was 12.64- 63.20μg·mL^-1 with correlation coefficient,r= 1. The average recovery rate was 99.9% ,RSD=0.5%（n=6） CONCLUSION The method was simple,sensitive and repeatable.
