摘　　要：DDL-Ⅲ数控生产测井系统是目前国内测井行业普遍使用的一种较为先进的测井设备,由于其绘图系统老化而故障频出,维修成本较高,严重影响生产;用GPIB接口卡实现对DDL-Ⅲ输出的绘图数据采集,对采集到的绘图数据进行了格式分析;采用8031单片机设计了可以跨接GPIB接口和并行接口的数据转换卡,通过软件进行绘图数据的转换输出,实现了DDL-Ⅲ系统与Printrex820热敏绘图仪的配接,解决了生产中的难题。The DDL-Ⅲ direct digital logging system is an advanced logging tool in China at present. The oil production is often seriously influenced because the system＇s plotter has already aged and always does not work properly and its maintenance cost is too higher. The GPIB interface card is used for plot data collection and the plot data formats are analyzed; The data conversion card that can link the GPIB interface and parallel interface is designed with the aid of 8031 single-chip, and the plot data conversion and output are completed by software; The DDL-Ⅲ system link with Printrex 820 thermal plotter has been implemented, and the tough problems in production have also been resolved.
