摘  要:综述了大庆油田目前完井工艺技术现状。完井工艺已形成适应不同地质条件和井况的普通射孔完井工艺、油管输送射孔联作完井工艺和新型完井工艺三大系列14项技术,满足了油田不同开发模式完井的需要。其中有7项普通射孔完井工艺,即电缆输送射孔、油管输送射孔、水平井射孔、超正压射孔、定方位射孔、WCP带压作业和全通径射孔;有5项联作完井工艺,即油管输送射孔与测试联作、射孔与抽油泵联作、射孔与压裂联作、射孔与高能气体压裂联作和射孔与酸化联作;有2项新型完井工艺,即水力喷砂射孔和水力割缝。分析了大庆外围油田不同完井工艺的现场应用效果,阐述了完井工艺的技术水平和存在问题,明确了今后的发展方向。This paper reviews the current techniques on completion in Daqing oilfield. The three series of completion techniques (conventional perforation, TCP and new completion) are formed including fourteen technologies, which are adaptable to different geologic settings and hole conditions. There are 7 conventional well completions,that are wire-line conveyed perforation, tubing-conveyed perforation, horizontal well perforation, overbalanced perforation, orientation perforation, pressured operation wire-line conveyed perforation and full bore tubing-conveyed perforation. There are 5 joint operation well completions, that are the joint of tubing-conveyed perforation and testing, the joint of perforation and pumping, the joint of perforation and fracturing, the joint of perforation and high energy gas fracture, the joint of perforation and acidizing. There are 2 new well completions, that are hydraulic sand jet perforation and hydraulic slotted liner technique. The technology is content with the need of different development pattern completions. The field application results on different completion techniques in Daqing peripheral oilfield are analysed. The completion techniques level and problems are outlined and the prospects are pointed out.
