摘　　要：高校师生的诚信度是高校思想政治工作的检验标尺。高校师生的诚信意识和诚信行为对于构建和谐校园以及促进我国整个社会的道德建设都具有十分重要的意义。但目前在高校师生之中依然在不同程度上存在诚信缺失的现象,因此,高校应该认真分析这种现象产生的原因并采取有效措施引导师生树立诚信意识,实施诚信行为。The integrity of teachers and students is a standard of testing on the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. It will be great significant for the teachers and students to have a concept and conduct of integrity to promote the construction of harmonious campus and the ethics of our whole society. However, the teachers and students in colleges and universities are still deficient in the integrity, which should be analyzed seriously in order to take effective measures to lead them to foster the concept and conduct of integrity.
