摘  要:研究盐分胁迫对黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响以及不同浓度的水杨酸对盐害的缓解作用。结果表明,水杨酸能够相对提高盐分胁迫条件下黄瓜种子萌发的数量、速度和质量;提高黄瓜幼苗的叶绿素含量和根系活力。所有这些变化都有利于缓解盐害,提高黄瓜的抗盐性,水杨酸的最适浓度是2 mmol.L-1。Study the effect of salt stress on cucumber seed germination and seedling growth and also the mitigative effects of the different consistence salicylic acid salt-stress induced injuries. The results showed that at the stage of seed germination application of salicylic acid could increase the germination rate, chorophyll content in leaves and root activity of cucumber seedlings. Therefore the injuries induced by the salt stress were mitigated and salt resistance of cucumber was raised, and the most adopt degree of salicylic acid is 2 mmol· L^-1.
