摘 要:雷达产品是在恶劣环境中使用的大型机电设备,其防护设计直接与总体设计、电路设计、结构设计、计划管理、生产管理、标准化等相关联,复杂而难以把握,是一门涉及多专业的界面学科和系统工程。在设计产品时,设计师的防护意识非常重要,设计过程需按基本程序进行。恰当地选择材料,合理地选取结构形式,正确地使用表面处理工艺,巧妙地利用密封、遮蔽技术,强化对电路和电接触点的防护,综合运用防护手段是雷达产品防护设计的要点。文中根据作者的工作感受和经验总结对雷达产品的防护设计和防护技术作了概括,仅供业界同行参考。Radar is a large equipment used in severe environment. The protection design of radar is as sociated with radar system design, circuit design, structure and technology design, project management, production management and standardization, etc. Protection design and protection techniques are complex and difficult to grasp. It is an interface subject and systematic engineering concerned with many specialties. In production design the cognition of protection is very important. The protection design should carry out according to the basic procedure. Radar protection design includes choosing appropriately the material and the reasonable structure, using the technology of surface treatment exactly, using the sealing and shielding technique skillfully, strengthening the protection on circuit and connecting-metal points, syntheticly managing the protection means, etc. In this paper the summarization of experience and the taste for working are intro duced, giving a reference to others.
