摘　　要：宝钢5m宽厚板轧机引进了一套具有300个检测通道的在线自动超声波探伤设备(UST),如果按照常规的方法用标准或对比试块逐一对各通道进行校准和校验,所需的时间很长。为此在该设备中引入了电子技术校准的方法,利用探头的DGS曲线和被检钢板的底面回波自动校准灵敏度,并在设备中采用了探伤结果自动评价系统,以此满足不同探伤标准对灵敏度和质量等级分类的要求。文章简要介绍了该技术及相关实现方法。The 5m heavy plate mill in Baosteel has an automatic ultrasonic test （UST） device with 300 testing channels. If a conventional method were used, a great deal of time would be needed to compare the data from each testing channel with the standards one by one. Due to this reason, an electronic calibration method, together with an automatic evaluation system, has been introduced into the test device, which utilizes the DGS characteristic curve of the probe and back wall echo of the tested plate to accomplish the calibration automatically. It can meet needs of sensitivity and acceptance classes by various inspection standards. A brief description of this technology and related implementing method is given in this article.
