摘  要:通过对宝钢厚板连铸板坯生产实绩和低倍数据的分析,得到了板坯三角区裂纹的影响因素。结果表明,三角区裂纹随着断面宽度、浇注速度和过热度的增加、[Mn]/[S]的减小而变得严重,二冷水分配不合理和设备精度不良也是三角区裂纹的重要影响因素。在此基础上,提出了控制三角区裂纹的方法,即控制[Mn]/[S]大于150、中间包过热度小于25℃、浇注速度稳定在1.0 m/m in、优化二冷系统、保证铸机设备的精度。实施以上措施后,三角区裂纹大幅度减少。Through analyzing the actual production performance and macro data of continuously cast slab for heavy plate, the influencing factors on slab' s triangular zone cracks were obtained. The results indicate that triangular zone cracks would increase if the cross-section became wider, the casting speed were raised and the superheat got higher. The situation would be more serious if [ Mn]/[ S] decreased. Improper secondary cooling and illfitting casting machine equipment will worsen the triangular zone cracks as well. Based on that, relevant control principles were proposed and carried out as follows, That is to control [ Mn]/[ S] to be higher than 150; to control superheat of liquid steel in tundish lower than 25℃ ; and to keep the casting speed at 1,0 m/min. It is important to optimize the secondary cooling and ensure the precision of the continuous casting machine. The production data indicate that all the measures mentioned above can significantly reduce the number of triangular zone cracks.
