摘 要:厚板工艺复杂,品种规格多,厚板道次规程设定对于厚板产品的精度和质量具有至关重要的作用。文中详细介绍了厚板轧制过程中道次规程设定计算的主要步骤,给出了轧制过程中阶段划分原则,以及不同转钢次数、不同转钢位置而产生的不同轧制阶段的对应关系;同时给出了一次转钢和两次转钢厚度计算公式及影响因素,并分析了两次转钢厚度之间的关系和变化规律;针对具体的每个轧制阶段给出了统一的道次规程计算流程,并通过实际的轧制道次规程设定数据对道次规程的计算流程进行了说明分析。此道次规程设定同时适于厚板楔形板的轧制。As the heavy plate production process is complicated, and its product grades and dimensions are numerous, the pass schedule setting plays an important role in ensuring that the products are in good quality and high accuracy.
