摘  要:简述了Corex炼铁法的系统组成、工艺特点和环保优势,并结合工程设计和环评实例对其环保优势进行了深入分析,同时结合Corex副产煤气的利用方式对SO2的减排途径进行了探讨。认为Corex是目前已经工业化了的最清洁的炼铁工艺,环保方面的综合优势不容置疑,但这种优势并不像业界报道的那样无可挑剔,而是应该实事求是地进行全面综合分析,不宜以偏概全和过分夸大,否则就很容易对业界造成误导。The component, process characteristics and environment-friendly advantages of the Corex system are briefed. The system' s environment-friendly advantages are analyzed in combination with its engineering design and environmental impact assessment examples. The way of its sulfur dioxide emission reduction is discussed, together with the utilization of Corex' s byproduct coal gas. It is believed that by now Corex is the cleanest process in industrialized iron-making technology. No doubt Corex has integrated advantage of its environment merit, but this advantage is not as immaculate as it was reported, It cannot be minified or magnified. Instead, a down-to-earth integrated analysis should be made for the purpose of not being misled by untruthful reports.
