摘 要:对安徽产7种贝母属(FritillariaL.)植物的核型进行了分析,结果如下:(1)浙贝母:2n=24=4m+20 t(1SAT);(2)天目贝母:2n=24+3Bs=4m+20 t+3Bs;(3)黄山贝母:2n=24=4m+20 t(1SAT);(4)宁国贝母:2n=24=4m+20 t(2SAT);(5)窄叶小贝母:2个细胞型,细胞型Ⅰ为2n=25=2m+2 sm+4 st+16 t(1SAT)+1Bs,细胞型Ⅱ为2n=24=2m+4 sm+2 st+16 t(2SAT);(6)祁门贝母:2n=24=2m+2 sm+6 st+14 t;(7)安徽贝母:2n=24=2m+2 sm+2 st+18。t除窄叶小贝母的2个细胞型为“3C”型外,其余种皆为“3B”型。与前人的研究结果相比较,贝母属植物的核型多态现象显著;同种植物在不同研究中,核型表现出一定的差异。This paper reported the chromosome numbers and karyotypes of seven species of Fritillaria L. from Anhui Province. The results were shown as: (1) F. thunbergii:2n =24 =4m +20t(1SAT) ;(2) F. monantha:2n =24 =4m +20t +3Bs; (3) F. huangshanensis:2n =24 =4m +20t(1SAT) ; (4) F. ningguoensis:2n =24 =4m +20t(2SAT) ;(5) F. xiaobeimu,2 cytotypes:Type Ⅰ ,2n =25 =2m +2sm +4st + 16t(1SAT) + 1Bs,Type Ⅱ ,2n =24 =2m +4sm +2st + 16t(2SAT) ; (6) F. qimenensis:2n =24 =2m + 2sin +6st + 14t; (7) F. anhuiensis:2n =24 =2m +2sin +2st + 18t. Except two cytotypes of the F. xiaobeimu, belonging to "3 C", the karyotypes of the other species belonged to" 3 B". The karyotypes and chromosome numbers of the F. huangshanensis and F. monantha from Anhui in this paper were studied for the first time. Compared to the results from the former, the karyotypes of FritiUaria L. from Anhui Province are polymorphic,different karyotype formulae for the Fritillaria L. in Anhui Province were reported in different studies.
