摘 要:活化A l-Sr合金粉末水解得到A l(OH)3和Sr(OH)2复合粉末,将其作为长余辉材料的前驱体,采用高温固相反应法制备出Eu、Dy共掺杂的SrA l2O4长余辉材料.利用XRD,SEM,XPS和EDS等技术对A l(OH)3和Sr(OH)2复合粉末的组成和微观结构进行了研究,同时测定了长余辉发光材料的的荧光特性和余辉性能.实验结果表明:前驱体中A l、Sr在微观状态下分布均匀,有效增大固相反应物之间的接触面积,缩短扩散路径,增大反应速率,降低烧结温度,提高长余辉材料荧光性能.同时利用缺陷化学的基本理论和原则,分析了稀土元素掺杂所生成缺陷对发光性能的影响,改进了长余辉材料空穴转移发光机理模型.Activated Al - Sr alloy powder was hydrolyzed in pure water to obtain composite powders of AI(OH)3 and Sr( OH)2, As the precursor for preparing long after glow phosphor of Eu - Dy co - doped SrA1204 with the method of high temperature solid reaction. The composition and microstructure of the composite powder were ananlysised by XRD, SEM, XPS and EDS. The luminescent properties of long afterglow material were studied at the same time. The results showed that the Al and Sr distribute uniformly in the composite powder. The contacting surface of reactant in high temperature solid reaction increased effectively. The diffusion path in high temperature solid reaction was shortened. The reaction vdocity increased. The sintering temperature can be lowered descended and the luminescent properties are improved. The influence of defects induced by doping of rare earth elements on luminescent property was analyzed by the theory of defect chemistry. The hole transfer model of phosphorescence mechanism was improved.
