摘  要:采用五次曲线分析了某厂热轧精轧机组F1~F3机架CVC轧辊辊型系数确定方法,对比了三种辊型曲线的区别,推导了等效凸度与窜辊量间的三次函数关系;对F4~F6机架平辊的预磨凸度进行优选,明显改善了带钢的平直度.CVC roll crown coefiqcients in F1 - F3 stands of finishing mill was analyzed by five - order curves. Three kinds of roll crown curves were compared. Three - order function was deduced between equivalent crown and shifting position. As for fiat roll of F4 - F6 stands, their pre-grinding crowns were optimized and the flatness of strips was greatly improved.
