摘 要:目的比较甘草水提液、甘草酸体外抑制呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的作用。方法以病毒唑为阳性对照药物,用细胞病变抑制(CPEI)实验比较甘草水提液与甘草酸对RSV的体外抑制作用。结果甘草水提液半数中毒浓度(TC50)为5.1mg/ml,抑制RSV的半数有效浓度(EC50)为0.215mg/ml,治疗指数(TI)为23.72;甘草酸的TC50为0.47mg/ml,没有明显抑制RSV的作用。结论本研究发现甘草水提液在Hela细胞培养中对RSV有明显的抑制作用,而甘草酸则未见明显抑制作用,因此,甘草中可能存在其它抑制RSV的活性成分。Objective To study the effects of glycyrrhiza and glycyrrhiza acid on the anti-respiratory syncytial vires (RSV) in vitro. Methods By using CPEI assay, the difference of anti-RSV effect between glycyrrhiza and glycyrrhiza acid was compared while Ribavirin was used as a positive control. Results The median toxic concentration (TC50) of glycyrrhiza was 5. lmg/ml, and the median effective concentration (EC.so) against RSV in Hela cells was 0.215mg/ml, and therapeutic index (TI = TC50/EC50 ) was 23.72. The TC50 of glycyrrhiza acid was 0.47mg/ml, no effection against RSV in Hela cells. Conclusion The study suggests that the glycyrrhiza has an obviously inhibited effects on RSV in Hela cell culture, while the glycyrrhiza acid has not, so there maybe other active component existed in glycyrrhiza.
