摘  要:目的:探讨非潜水性骨梗死的临床及影像学表现。材料和方法:分析6例非潜水性骨梗死的临床及X线片、MRI表现,其中1例行MRI增强扫描。结果:6例骨梗死累及17个部位,股骨上段4个、下段7个,胫骨上段6个,大部分双侧对称发生。病人均未有潜水史。6例病人均行X线平片、MRI检查。其中4例X线平片表现不明显。MRI均示骨干或干骺端髓腔内不同形态及信号的梗死区,呈“地图样”表现。结论:非潜水性骨梗死发病隐秘缓慢,X线平片对于慢性期病变有帮助,但对表现不明显者常易漏珍,而MRI则是诊断骨梗死最为有效的方法,可以发现早期病变。Purpose: To explore the clinical and imaging manifestation of the non- diver bone infarction. Materials and Methods:Report the clinical and X- ray .MRI manifestation by our hospital's six cases , one case of the six is examined MRI contrast scan. Results: Seventeen sites of the bone infaraction in 6 patients were found, inclouding 4 in the upside femur, 7 in the distal femur, 6 in the proximal tibia, and mostly the two side symmetry occur. They all haven' t diving history and are all examined by X - ray and MRI. But the four cases haven' t been diagnosesed right by X- ray. The MRI all show differ shape and signal in the bone marrow. It is manifested the map board shape . Conclusion: The non- diver bone infarction has happened secret and slowly. X- ray is helping to the chronic bone infarction, but usually leave out to the not patency manifestation. MRI is the most effective method to diagnosis the bone infarction and it can find the early bone marrow change.
