微创小切口两针法重睑成形术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种微创小切口两针缝合重睑成形的新方法。方法:在上睑重睑线中部设计5mm切口,经此小切口,切除少许眼轮匝肌及部分多余的眶隔脂肪,消除上睑臃肿,显露睑板上缘提上睑肌,以6-0无损伤缝线,从皮肤切口一端下缘进针,穿过睑板上缘提上睑肌腱膜,从皮肤切口上缘出针,依此法共缝合两针,之后打结。结果:共施术59例,除1例1侧重睑线术后不明显外,其余患者效果均满意。结论:该方法操作简单,损伤轻微,术后恢复快,瘢痕轻,效果持久,值得推广。Objective To explore a new method of blepharoplasty： micro-cut double-suturing double eyelid plasty, Methods A 5 mm incision was performed in the middle part of the upper eyelid. After degreasing and removal of small part of the orbicularis oculi, levator muscle of upper eyelid was exposed. A skin-aponeurosis-skin suturing was performed with 0/6 thread for twice. Results The new blepharoplasty was performed in 59 cases with satisfactory results except for 1 case. Conclusion The micro-cut double-suturing blepharoplasty is a simple, safe and effective procedure, and is recommended to perform a permanent and natural double fold eyelid line without serious complications.
