自体软骨联合假体植入鼻尖成形术

摘　　要：目的:在纠正东方人低鼻、短鼻畸形的同时调整鼻小柱与鼻翼等的关系,使术后鼻尖的多维结构更趋自然。方法:用自体软骨及硅胶或膨体聚四氟乙烯假体组合移植行隆鼻术。取自体耳软骨修成盾牌状薄片多层移植于鼻尖;自体软骨修成T形移植于鼻小柱中央并前倾以改善鼻唇角,同时调整鼻翼与鼻小柱的关系。结果:本组22例,其中12例行半年到两年的术后随访,鼻造型均稳定,外形小巧,鼻尖表现点自然,无鼻尖红肿、皮肤破溃等不良反应。结论:组合移植自体软骨及鼻假体的鼻尖成形术后的鼻形更趋自然美观。Objective In order to shape the nasal tip more nature on all sides. We pay more attention to the relationship between columeller and alars for the oriental nasal tip plasty. Methods We transfered autologous cartilage to nasal tip and silicone or Gore-Tex implanted to dorsal by combined grafting of them and modifying the columella labial angle and the relationship between alar to columella in rhinoplasty. Results 22 cases were treated with the method. After 6-24 months follow-up in 12 cases, the nose shape were satisfactory and without any sequelae such as nasal tip skin turn red and broken. The tip defineing points has been beautiful and nature. Conclusion Good results were achieved with combined grafting of auto-cartilage and implant in the rhinoplasty . The postoperative looking of nasal tip are nature and exquisite.
