重睑内眦赘皮矫正同期隆鼻术

摘　　要：目的:观察重睑术、内眦赘皮矫正术及隆鼻术同期手术的美容效果。方法:对35例单睑伴内眦赘皮及低鼻梁者同期行重睑术、三角形去皮鼻根部深层固定矫正内眦赘皮及鼻小柱旁侧缘纵行切口L形硅橡胶假体置入隆鼻术。结果:28例获得随访,随访时间6个月～3年,1例两侧内眦角处重睑线宽度欠一致,1例内眦角处遗留轻微凹陷性瘢痕,但均对手术效果表示满意。结论:重睑术、内眦赘皮矫正及隆鼻术同期完成,符合颜面部整体美容的概念,美容效果显著,同时为患者减少费用,节约时间,较单一分次手术具有显著的优点。Objective To observe the cosmetological effect of augmentation of nose with simultaneous doubleupper-eyelid operation and correction of epicanthus. Methods The operation involves 35 patients with low nose bridge, single-upper-eyelid and epicanthus. Augmentation of nose, removal of triangular-shaped skin, deep fixed correction of epicanthus at the root of nose, lateral vertical incision at the nasal trabecula with L-shaped silicagel prosthesis implantation are performed at the same time. Results Twenty-eight cases were followed up after operation for 6 months to 3 years. In one case, the width of the line of both eyelids is not coincident. In another 1 case, slight excavating cicatrix can be observed. However, both cases are satisfied with the effect of operation. Conclusion The simultaneous performance of double-upper-eyelid operation, correction of epicanthus and augmentation of nose accords with the concept of whole cosmetology on the face. The effect is significant. At the same time, it is both economical and time-saving. Compared with single operations, it has obvious advantages.
