摘 要:[目的]研究油酸对扑热息痛体外透皮吸收的影响。[方法]以大鼠皮肤为实验屏障,观察油酸浓度(体积比)分别为0%、0.5%、1.5%和2.5%时扑热息痛累积渗透量。[结果]扑热息痛能透过离体大鼠皮肤,且油酸对其透皮吸收有一定的促进作用。含1.5%、2.5%油酸的扑热息痛溶液在各时间下的透皮吸收量比不含油酸者都有明显的提高。[结论]油酸可以促进扑热息痛的透皮吸收,在实验浓度范围内,油酸浓度为2.5%时有最大的促透作用。[Objective] To study the effects of oleic acid on the percutaneous absorption of paracetamo] in vitro. [Methods] Using the skin of rats as the cutaneous barrier, the rate constants of percutaneous absorption of paracetamo] at various concentrations of oleic acid were determined. [Results] The penetration rate of paracetamol was raised with the existence of oleic acid. When the concentration of oleic acid was 1.5% and 2.5%, the pereutaneous penetration rate of paracetamol was higher than that of bare paracetamol during the time listed. [Conclusion] Oleic acid can enhance percutaneous absorption of paracetamol, exerting its maximum effect at the concentration of 2.5%.
