摘 要:目的:探讨磁共振尿路成像(MRU)在输尿管梗阻性疾病中的应用,评价3D flash-T1W对病因诊断的价值。方法:分析52例经临床或病理证实的输尿管梗阻病例。每例均接受MRU、常规MRI检查,并在梗阻部位行3D flash-T1W扫描,将数据送工作站进行三维重建。结果:52例输尿管梗阻病变包括:肿瘤性病变19例,输尿管炎性狭窄7例,先天畸形8例,医源性损伤5例,前列腺增生压迫3例,输尿管结石10例。术前误诊2例。结论:MRU能清楚显示梗阻部位、程度,MRI特别是3D flash-T1WI及其后处理能明确梗阻部位微细变化、输尿管形态改变,可明显提高输尿管梗阻的定性诊断。Objective: To evaluate the role MR urography (MRU) and 3D Flash-T1W sequence in the diagnosis of ureteral obstructive diseases. Methods: Fifty-two patients with ureteral obstructive disease proved by clinic and pathology were analysed. MRU was acquired and routine MRI using 3D Flash-T1W was performed at the level of obstructive obstruction. The data was sent to workstation for 3D reconstruction. Results: The ureteral obstructive disease included tumor ( n = 19), ureteral narrow ( n =7), congenital malformation (n=8), injury (n=5), benign prostatehyperplasia (n =3), ureteral stone (n=10). 2 cases were misdiagnosed. Conclusion: MRU allows accurate determination of the level and degree of ureteral obstruction especially using 3D Flash-T1W sequence and post-processing can show the morpholgical change of ureteral obstruction, and help to determinate the cause of obstruction.
