摘  要:目的探讨60Co γ射线照射与去白细胞血血浆IL-2、IL-6、INF-γ与TNF-α含量的变化和患者输注后的发热情况。方法应用ELISA法检测经60Coγ射线照射与去白细胞过滤血血浆IL-2、IL-6、INF-γ和TNF-α的含量。结果随着保存期的延长,经60Coγ射线照射与去白细胞过滤血血浆IL-2、IL-6、INF-γ和TNF-α含量变化不很明显;并经60Coγ射线照射或去白细胞过滤血液给患者输注后的发热现象均明显减少。结论60Coγ射线照射血液制品输注在有效预防输血相关性移植物抗宿主病的同时也能有效减少非溶血性发热输血反应的发生。Objective To study the changes of IL-2, IL-6, IFN-y and TNF-a in ^6o Co γ-ray irradiated and leukocyte reduction of whole blood, and to understand the fever phenomenon in patients received blood transfusion. Methods ELISA method was used to measure changes of the eytokines. Results The plasma levels of IL-2, IL-6, IFN-y and TNF-a did not change significantly with extending the conservation period both in ^6o Co-irradiated and leukocyte reduction of whole blood. The frequency of fever deereaed obviously with transfusion of ^60Co-irradiated and leukocyte reduction of whole blood. Conclusion ^60Co-irradiated blood can not only prevent transfusion associated graft-versus-host disease (TA-GVHD), but also decrease non-hemolytic febrile transfusion reactions (NHFTR) effectively.
