紫苏子对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究紫苏子对高脂血症模型大鼠的降血脂作用。方法:用0.8、4.2、25.0 g/kg剂量的紫苏子连续喂饲大鼠30 d,取血清测定大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。结果:紫苏子能明显降低TC和TG含量,但对HDL-C的水平无显著影响。结论:紫苏子可降低高脂血症大鼠血脂水平。Objective： To study the blood lipid reducing effect of Perillafrutescens seed in hyperlipoidemia model rats. Methods： Rats in treatment groups were continually given P. frutescens seed at doses of 0.8, 4.2, 25.0g/kgBW separately for 30 days. The serum levels of TC, TG and HDL-C of rats were examined on the 30^th day. Results： The serum contents of TC and TG in treated rats were markedly less than those of non-treated model group, while the level of HDL-C was not reduced. Conclusions： P. frutescens seed could reduce the level of blood lipids, except HDL-C, in rats.
