摘  要:目的探讨哮喘儿童Clara细胞分泌蛋白(CCSP)与肺功能的关系及临床意义.方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测29例哮喘急性发作期儿童血清CCSP水平,其中16例患儿经治疗后于缓解期采血复查,另设20例健康对照.同步检测哮喘儿童肺功能.结果哮喘急性发作期、缓解期儿童血清CCSP水平[分别为(5.49±2.52)μg/L,(9.25±3.38)μg/L]均较健康对照组儿童低[(12.31±3.90)μg/L,P<0.001],在急性发作期尤为明显.哮喘儿童急性发作期、缓解期CCSP浓度与FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEF25,FEF50,FEF75,PEFR均呈正相关.结论CCSP具有抗哮喘气道炎症作用;CCSP对肺功能可能起到保护作用.AIM: To evaluate the clinical significances of Clara cell secretory protein (CCSP), and the correlation between CCSP levels and lung function in children with asthma. METHODS: Sera were collected from 29 cases during asthmatic attacks, among them 16 asthmatic children being in stable conditions after treatment, and 20 healthy children as controls. Serum CCSP concentrations were measured by a human CCSP enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Lung function was monitored in children with asthma. RESULTS: Asthmatic children appeared significantly lower levels of CCSP in sera during asthmatic attacks [ (5.49 ±2.52) μg/L] or in stable conditions[ (9.25 ±3.38) μg/L] as compared to healthy ones [ ( 12.31 ± 3.90) μg/L, P 〈0.001 ], espieally those in acute asthma. Furthermore, there was a strongly positive correlation between serum CCSP and FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEF25, FEF50, FEF75, PEFR in asthmatic children. CONCLUSION: CCSP may play a role in controlling inflammation in the airway and protecting the pulmonary function in chronic asthma.
