摘 要:目的修订中国版军事飞行人员卡特尔16种人格测验量表(16PF),检验该量表的可靠性和有效性.方法702名军事飞行人员完成中国版军事飞行人员人格测验,对测验结果进行项目分析、再测信度检验,以及结构效度检验分析;项目分析中确定0.20为鉴别力负荷指标筛选项目;最终制定飞行人员人格测验量表常模.结果修订后16PF量表有效题目数172题,再测信度平均0.74;效度检验显示各因素项目总体上达到0.20以上的负荷;因素之间的相关系数均较低.结论该量表有较好的信度、效度,可作为今后评鉴飞行人员人格特征的方法之一.AIM: To evaluate the validity and reliability of the revised 16 personality factor inventory for Chinese military pilots (Chinese revised version). METHODS: Seven hundred and two military pilots were subjected for the research to complete the revised questionnaire. And we separately worked on the item analysis, construct validity and test-retest reliability of the inventory. Factor analysis and correlation of the factors were applied for the validity. 0.20 was used as the criterion of discrimination index to filter the effective items. Finally, the norm of the military pilots was established. RESULTS: There are 172 items selected in the revised inventory. The average test-retest reliability of the revised version was 0.74. Factor analysis showed that criterion indexes of all items are above 0. 20. The correlation among the factors showed that different factors were independent on each other. CONCLUSION: With a good reliability and validity, the revised inventory has been proved to be consistent, available and valid. It can be used as one of appraisal methods of pilots' personality.
