摘  要:目的观察参苓白术散对脾虚证小鼠模型肠道菌群的微生态调节作用。方法以苦寒泻下中药大黄造模脾虚,选用厌氧及需氧菌选择性培养基测定粪便中代表性菌种含量,用配对t检验分析其统计学差异。结果脾虚证小鼠肠道双歧杆菌、乳杆菌及类杆菌等厌氧菌含量显著下降。应用参苓白术散治疗之后上述三种厌氧菌含量均恢复正常,且双歧杆菌明显超过造模前水平(P<0.05)。需氧菌菌群中,大肠杆菌(P<0.01)在造模完成时含量明显上升,参苓白术散治疗之后含量恢复造模前水平;肠球菌含量造模前后没有显著性差异,但参苓白术散治疗之后则极显著地低于造模前水平(P<0.01);造模及中药治疗均使葡萄球菌含量变化不明显。结论脾虚证小鼠肠道厌氧菌群异常低下且部分需氧菌显著增加,参苓白术散具有扶植厌氧菌和抑制需氧菌之调整功能,尤其是通过扶植健康因子双歧杆菌、强烈抑制主要耐药性菌株肠球菌等,达成菌群调整。Objective To observe the microecological regulative effect of Shenlinbaizhu Powder on enteric bacteria flora in the mouse model with spleen-insufficiency syndrome. Method The model was established by using Raix et Rhizoma Rhei with bitter-cold flavour and purgative effect. The contents of representative bacteria in stool were determined by selective culture media of anaerobe and aerobe. The statistical difference was analysed by approach paired t test. Results After the model establishment the contents of enteric bifidobacterium, lactobacillus bifidus and bacteroides were decreased significantly. After the administration of Shenlinbaizhu Powder the contents of above three anaerobes were recovered and content of bifidobacterium was much higher than before the model establishment ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The content of Escherichia coli was increased significantly after the model establishment and recovered after the administration of Shenlinbaizhu Powder(P 〈0. 01 ). The contents of enteric coccobacteria were not different before and after the model establishment but lower great significantly after the administration of Shenlinbaizhu Powder ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The change of staphylococcus content was not observed before and after the model establishment and administration of Shenlinbaizhu Powder. Conclusion The contents of enteric anaerobic flora are abnormally decreased and some aerobic flora are increased significantly in mouse with spleen-insufficiency syndrome. Shenlinbaizhu Powder has a regulative effect to help anaerobic flora and inhibit aerobic flora, especially to inhibit strongly the main resistant strain-coccobacteria, for flora regulation.
