首乌降压胶囊对肾性高血压大鼠血浆前列腺素、血栓素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肾性高血压模型大鼠(RHR)血浆前列腺素(PGI2)、血栓素(TXA2)水平的变化及首乌降压胶囊的降压作用机制。方法采用二肾一夹(2K1C)法复制RHR模型,观察血浆6-Keto-PGF1α、TXB2水平。结果首乌降压胶囊高、低剂量组和卡托普剂组治疗后血压均明显低于模型组,有显著差异(P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.001),说明首乌降压胶囊和卡托普利均有较好的降压效果;与模型组比较,首乌降压胶囊高、低剂量组均使RHR血浆6-Keto-PGF1α水平显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),而TXB2水平显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论RHR高血压形成与血浆6-Keto-PGF1α水平下降、TXB2水平升高有关,首乌降压胶囊能有效降低血压,其降压机制可能与调整血浆PGI2、TXA2水平有关。Objective To investigate the changes of plasma levels of prostaglandin 12 （ PGI2 ） and thromboxaneA2 （TXA2 ） in rat model with renal hypertension and the depressor mechanism of Shouwujiangya Capsules. Method The rat model of renal hypertension was established by using 2K1C method and the plasma levels of 6-Keto-PGF1α and TXB2 were observed. Result After the administration of Shouwujiangya Capsules the blood pressures in group 1 （ with high dose of Shouwujiangya Capsules）, group 2 （ with low dose of Shouwujiangya Capsules） and group 3 （ with captoril ） were lower significantly than that in the model group and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 001, P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 001 ）. The result showed that Shouwujiangya Capsules and captoril all had a good depressor effect. The plasma level of 6-Keto- PGF1α in he group 1 and group 2 was significantly increased respectively （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ） , while the TXA2 level was decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ） compared with those in the model group. Conclusion The hypertension in rat model is correlated to the decrease of plasma level of 6-Keto-PGF1α and increase of TXB2 level. Shouwujiangya Capsules can decrease effectively blood pressure and its depressor mechanism may be related to the regulation of plasma level of PGI2 and TXA2 level.
