摘 要:目的对清脑宣窍方有效部位化学成分进行系统研究。方法大孔树脂、聚酰胺、硅胶等色谱方法分离,波谱法鉴定结构。结果从清脑宣窍方有效部位中分离得到12个化合物,分别为20(S)-原人参三醇(Ⅰ),人参皂苷Rd(Ⅱ),三七皂苷R4(Ⅲ),2,α3,β19,α23-四羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅳ),6″-香豆酰龙胆双糖苷(Ⅴ),Galioside(Ⅵ),6α-Hydroxygeniposide(Ⅶ),槲皮素(Ⅷ),3,3',5,5'-四甲氧基-4,4'-二-β-D-葡萄糖双环氧木脂素(Ⅸ),藏红花酸(Ⅹ),豆甾醇(Ⅺ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅻ)。结论均为首次从清脑宣窍方有效部位中分离得到的已知化合物。Objective To study systemically the chemical components from the effective fraction of Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula. Methods The isolation were carried out by the chromatographic methods of macro-reticular resin, polyamide and silica gel. The structure was identified with spectroscopy method. Result There were 12 chemical components isolated from the effective fraction of Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula respectively, including ①20 (S)-protopanaxatriol,②gensenoside-Rd, ③notogensenoside-R4, ④2α, 3β, 19α, 23-tetrahydroxy olean-12en-28-oic acid, ⑤6"-O-p-coumaroyl genipin-gentiobioside, ⑥Galioside, ⑦ 6α-Hydroxygeniposide, ⑧ quercetin, ⑨ 3,3 ', 5,5 '-tetramethoxy-4, 4 '-di-β-D-gluco pyranosyl lignan, ⑩Crocetin, (11)stigrnastanol, and (12) β-sitosterol. Conclusion All these 12 chemical components, as known compounds, are isolated for the first time from the effective fraction of Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula.
