摘  要:目的建立黄草乌指纹图谱的高效液相色谱分析法。方法利用高效液相色谱法,采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-磷酸三乙胺溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/m in,检测波长为267 nm,建立黄草乌高效液相指纹图谱方法。结果研究建立的高效液相指纹图谱有良好的重现性,不同产地的黄草乌共有15个色谱峰(RSD≤3%,n=15),共有峰相对峰面积有一定的差异。结论该方法效果良好,结果稳定可靠,可为提高黄草乌质量控制标准提供参考。Objective To find an analytical method fingerprint of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom. by HPLC. Method In the HPLC procedure the chromatography column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was solution of acetonitrile and triethylamine phosphate in gradient elution with a flow velocity of 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 267 nm. Result The fingerprint in this HPLC procedure had a good repeatability. There were 15 common peaks in Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom. grown in different areas (RSD≤3% , n = 15 ). The relative areas peak of common peaks were different. Conclusion This procedure has a good outcome which is stable and reliable, and can be a reference for the standard of qualitative control of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom.
