摘  要:目的探讨高低频超声结合诊断输尿管疾病的临床价值。方法对133例输尿管疾病,先常规应用3.5MHz低频探头超声扫查,再用7.5MHz或10MHz高频探头进一步检查(腹壁法),同时行多普勒血流检测。结果133例中输尿管结石70例,其中1例合并输尿管积脓;输尿管口囊肿11例,其中2例同时合并下段多发性结石;输尿管狭窄11例;输尿管息肉2例;输尿管肿瘤13例;盆腔肿块压迫8例;输尿管结核3例;其它先天性畸形15例。结论高低频超声结合扫查输尿管,两者可优势互补,一定程度上能提高输尿管疾病的诊断正确性。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of combined application of high-frequency and low- frequency transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis for ureteropathy. Methods Totally 133 cases with ureteropathy were routinely checked by low-frequency (3- 5 MHz) transabdominal ultrasonography, then checked by high-frequency (7.5 MHz or 10 MHz) transabdominal ultrasonography combined with colour Doppler duplex sonography. Results Of 133 cases, 70 were with ureterolithiasis, one of whom with ureteral empyema; 11 cases with ureterocele at ureteral orifice, 2 with stones in the lower ureteric extremity; 11 with ureterostenosis; 2 with ureteral polyp; 13 with ureteral tumors; 8 compressed by pelvic tumors; 3 with ureteral tuberculosis; 15 with congenital ureteral deformity. Conclusions High-frequency combined with low-frequency transabdominal ultrasonography is a superior supplementary modelity which can raise the diagnosis accuracy rate of ureteropathy.
