摘  要:目的观察苯甲酸雌二醇、己酸羟孕酮以及二者联用替代疗法对卵巢切除小鼠淋巴结T、B淋巴细胞数量、形态的影响,从而探讨苯甲酸雌二醇、己酸羟孕酮对机体免疫系统的影响。方法雌性昆明小鼠60只随机分成5组,小鼠35d时选取4组切除卵巢,术后5d开始,分别注射生理剂量的苯甲酸雌二醇、己酸羟孕酮或二者联用及麻油,每5d注射一次,共150d。剩余的1组为保留卵巢空白对照组,不给予药物。应用MIAS-2000系统分别测定淋巴结内T、B淋巴细胞在特定居住区内的细胞密度。电镜下观察淋巴结的副皮质区内T、B细胞超微结构的改变。结果苯甲酸雌二醇或苯甲酸雌二醇与己酸羟孕酮联用对淋巴结T淋巴细胞增殖、活化有抑制作用,但是可以刺激淋巴结B淋巴细胞增殖(P<0.05)。己酸羟孕酮单独使用可以刺激淋巴结T淋巴细胞增殖、活化,抑制淋巴结B细胞增殖(P<0.05)。结论苯甲酸雌二醇可以增强体液免疫而抑制细胞免疫,己酸羟孕酮可以增强细胞免疫而抑制体液免疫。Objective To evaluate for lymphocyte count and morphological changes in lymphatic node. Methods Kunming ovariectomized female mice 36 in total were treated with estradiol benzoate (EB), hydroxyprogesterone (H-PC), and the mixture of them at the normal dose respectively. Another 12 ovariectomized female mice with sesame oil as contrast (OVX). There were 12 as a intact normal group (INT) as the control. Injections of hormone were performed at 5-day intervals from 40 to 190 days of age, which were 30 times totally. Cell density of T and B lymphocyte in lymph node were detected with MIAS-2000. The ultrastructure of them were observed under an electronic microscope (EM). Results Both EB and the combination of EB and HPC can inhibit the proliferation of T lymphocyte and stimulate the proliferation of B lymphocyte in the lymph node of the mice(P〈0.05). However, HPC acts on them by the opposite manner(P〈0.05). Conclusion Estradiol benzoate can boost humoral immunity and suppress cellular immunity while hydroxyprogesterone caproate has an opposite effect.
