摘  要:在采用溶胶-凝胶法合成纯硅MCM-41基础上,经过两步后合成处理,在纯硅MCM-41上接枝苄基磺酸,并通过X射线衍射、低温氮气吸附、红外光谱、元素分析、热重分析和酸度滴定,对所得样品进行了表征。结果表明,经过苯甲醇、氯磺酸两步接枝处理,苄基及磺酸成功地接入MCM-41上,并保持MCM-41的介孔结构,接枝后的磺酸型MCM-41比表面积和孔容均减小,分别为976m2·g-1和0.42cm3·g-1,酸量为4.2mmol·g-1。Mesoporous MCM-41 was prepared through sol-gel method and functionalized with benzyl sulphonic acid using a post-synthetic procedure. The benzyl and sulphonic acid groups are covalently bonded to the surface of MCM-41 by etherification of Si-OH with benzyl alcohol and subsequent sulphonation reaction. The material was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption-desorption, IR spectroscopy, elementary analysis, TGA and acidity titration. Mesoporous structure is still remained in SO3H-MCM-41. The benzyl sulphonic acid was attached successfully to the surface of the mesoporous material. The BET surface area is 976 m^2·g^-1 and the pore volume is 0.42 cm^3·g^-1. The acid capacity is 4.2 mmol·g^-1.
