摘 要:在设施栽培的条件下,研究了疏果处理对草莓“枥乙女”果实单果重、各种糖含量、蔗糖代谢酶(转化酶、蔗糖合酶和蔗糖磷酸合酶)和己糖代谢酶(己糖激酶和果糖激酶)的影响。结果表明,疏果提高果实单果重和果实糖含量。疏果处理降低了成熟果实蔗糖合酶、转化酶、己糖激酶和果糖激酶的活力,而对蔗糖磷酸合酶的活力略有上升。疏果处理减少了蔗糖和己糖的代谢消耗、有利于草莓糖的积累。The effects of fruit thinning on fruit weights, sugar contents, and activities of sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS), sucrose synthase (SS), acid invertase (AI), neutral invertase (NI), fructokinase(FRK) and hexokinase( HXK)were studied in the fruits of strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa cv. Tochiotome)grown in the greenhouse. Fruit thinning significantly increased fruit weights and total sugar content. The activities of AI, NI, SS, FRK and HXK in the fruits were reduced by fruit thinning, however, SPS activity in the fruit was slightly increased by fruit thinning. These results showed that fruit thinning reduced the metabolic consumption of sucrose and hexose, which was favorable to sugar accumulation in the fruits.
