摘  要:饱和磁感应强度是磁性材料静态参数的一个重要指标。为克服传统冲击法测量饱和磁感应强度时测量时间过长的缺陷,本文将多元线性回归分析应用于软磁材料饱和磁感应强度的测量中。应用多元线性回归分析法建立软磁材料饱和磁感应强度与冲击偏转之间的回归模型。经显著性检验,选择最优回归模型,并将其用于软磁材料同一型号其他测试样品饱和磁感应强度的预测和置信区间的估计。最后将预测结果与传统冲击法测得的饱和磁感应强度进行比对,表明多元回归法可用于测量样品饱和磁感应强度。Saturation magnetic induction is an important static state parameter of magnetic materials. For overcoming the blemish that the traditional blast method spends long time multivariate statistical analysis is applied to the measurement of saturation magnetic induction of soft magnetic materials. The multivariate statistical analysis is used to establish the regress model between the saturation magnetic induction of soft magnetic material and the impact deflects. Through the examination of prominence, the optimization multivariate statistical analysis model is choosed and used to forecast the saturation magnetic induction of other material and estimate the believing zone. The comparison between the computed results and the measured results using traditions method indicates that the multivariate statistical analysis can be used to the measurement of saturation magnetic induction of soft magnetic material.
