摘 要:为了实现对复合材料结构及埋入传感元件的复合构件的低速冲击试验,研制完成了可对冲击过程中各参数进行测试的落锤式低速冲击试验机。该试验设备可由计算机对冲击力、冲击初始速度、冲击能量等参数进行采集而实现自动测量。在对复合材料冲击过程的静态和动态特性分析的基础上,设计了多参数测试的方法,提出对冲击速度测量的原理及其算法。分析了测试系统的测量结果及误差。In order to realize low velocity impact test for composite structures and composite specimens embedded with sensing elements during impacting, a drop-weight low velocity impact tester which has a measuring system for many parameters was designed and manufactured. The tester can be used to measure impact force, impact velocity, impact energy and so on through a computer. Basing on the static and dynamic characteristics of composite plate impacted, the methods and techniques about measuring many parameters were de- signed, and a principle and algorithm was addressed for measuring velocity when impactor impacting with targets. Finally, the results and tolerances of this system were analyzed.
