摘　　要：保留是国际条约法中的一项重要制度,但其效力影响到条约中某些条款的具体适用,因此又需要在国际私法中讨论其法律冲突问题。在分析国际条约法中的保留规则的基础上,对于我国在《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》中第11条所作的声明保留,从国际私法的角度进行探讨,并提出法律冲突的解决途径,是亟待研究的重要课题。Reservation is a important system in international treaty law, but its effectiveness influence specifically suitable on some terms. Therefore we need to discuss its legal conflict problem in international private law. Discussing on the foundation of the reservation of our country in ＂ united nations convention on contracts for the international sale of goods（CISG）” that sub - clause 11 makes, from the angle of international private law, and putting forward law the solution of conflict channel, it is the important program of the research of urgent need.
