摘　　要：为了提高工程机械的可靠性,降低操作者的劳动强度,开发生产了YB1502微机控制电液换挡变速器,取得较好效果,该变速器在工程机械和其它机械行业均可使用。介绍了它的工作原理及性能特点,分析了以单片机为主控制器的挡位控制器的硬件工作原理及软件实现方法。In order to provide more construction equipment reliability and reduce operator's fatigue, YB1502 micro-computer control electro-hydraulic shift transmission is developed and produced, and satisfactory effect is obtained. Not only is the transmission used on construction equipment but also it can be applied to other machinery. Its work principle and performance characteristics are presented. Hardware principle and software realization of its shift controller which uses single chip computer as kernel controller are analyzed.
