摘　　要：对工程机械运行状态数据记录仪的实现从硬件、软件两方面进行了论述。硬件方面设计了一个结构简单、功能完备而且安全可靠的系统;软件方面在所设计的串行口通讯协议的基础上,设计完成了数据记录仪基本功能的程序,以及具有友好人机界面的记录仪管理系统。工程机械运行状态数据记录仪目前已小批量装机销售,未来将会在工程机械产品中得到广泛应用。Accomplishment of a data recorder for construction equipment operating conditions is discussed from both hardware and software aspects. For hardware, a safe and reliable system with simple construction and comprehensive functions is designed. For software, basic function program of the data recorder and its management system with user-friendly interface are designed on the basis of serial port communication protocol. Now, the data recorder for construction equipment operating conditions has been sold on board of original machines in small batch and there is a potentially wide application scope in construction equipment in the future.
