摘 要:评价振动压路机的压实能力难以用一个简单的物理量作为指标,这里有个“力”的结构问题。工作重量及其分布、振动参数、振动力、动静力之比及其叠加,以及压轮尺寸与碾压速度都影响了单轮振动压路机的压实能力。这些参数的相互协调至关重要,但其评价的最基本要素仍然是压路机的工作重量,并且集中体现在振动轮的“当量压力”,对于两种类型的单轮振动压路机,当然是全液压机型的压实能力远远大于机械传动机型。It is difficult to evaluate a vibratory roller's compacting capability with one simple physical index. There is a problem of 'force structure' in it. Operation weight and its distribution, vibratory parameters, exciting forces, ratio of dynamic force to static force and their overlap, drum dimensions and rolling speed all have influences on compacting capability of a single drum vibratory compactor. Coordinating among these parameters is crucial but the basic element of the evaluation is still the operation weight of compactors, which represents an equivalent pressure of the vibratory drum. For the two kinds of single drum vibratory compactors, fully hydraulic drive and mechanical drive, compacting capability of the former is certainly higher than that of the later.
