摘  要:详细分析了所研制的10kV/500A/2.5kA变压器耦合新型桥式固态限流器在纯电容负载试验时产生串联铁磁谐振的原因和机理,得出其根本原因是耦合变压器在副边等效开路情况下的非线性饱和所致;提出了可以在耦合变压器原边并联阻尼电阻以及固态限流器启动时采用预触发控制策略,防止启动过程中耦合变压器的非线性饱和,从而消除串联铁磁谐振的有效措施,并进行了仿真验证。The causes of ferromagnetic series resonance while experimenting on the developed 10 kV/500 A/2.5 kA transformer coupling solid-state fault current limiter (SSFCL) with pure capacitance load are analyzed in details. The underlying matter is the nonlinear saturation of the coupling transformer when placed in service on its secondary side equivalent open-circuit. The effective methods are proposed by connecting parallel damping resistance on primary side of the coupling transformer or/and adopting pre-triggering the SCR of the SSFCL when placed in service, for preventing the nonlinear saturation of the coupling transformer and thereby for restraining the ferromagnetic series resonance. Confirmation from simulations is given in the paper.
