摘　　要：介绍了模具采用热流道板式的浇注系统,并采用针阀控制系统控制模具的注射过程的热流道结构形式。热流道浇注系统的采用,不仅缩短了制件的成型周期,节省了塑料原料,而且在很大程度上提高了产品质量。对有一定精度要求的塑件的大批量生产,具有较好的效益。Both hot-runner board casting system and hot-runner structure using pin valve system to control injection process are used by mold are introduced. By hot-runner casting system, products molding cycle is shortened, plastic material is saved, and products quality is largely improved as well. It brings good economic benefits to large volume-produce of plastic parts under a certain precise requirements.
