摘　　要：Twenty two sapriparaquinone derivatives were synthesized and their antioxidant activities were evaluated in vitro. Many of this kind of compounds demonstrated potent antioxidant activity against lipid peroxidation, especially compound 7 （IC50 = 3.7 μg/mL）. The preliminary structure-activity relationship of sapriparaquinone derivatives was discussed.Twenty two sapriparaquinone derivatives were synthesized and their antioxidant activities were evaluated in vitro.
