摘 要:在基于定子磁场的异步电机无速度传感器矢量控制系统中,核心问题在于定子磁链的准确估算。U-I模型中,定子电流的检测精度势必影响到电机反电动势的计算,最后影响磁链的大小和相位,导致磁场定向不准确,系统性能不好,工作不稳定。电机定子电流信号一般用电流霍尔检测,然后通过滤波器进行滤波得到。目前用得较多的是一阶和二阶有源滤波器进行滤波。针对以上2种滤波算法存在的问题,本文提出了另一种滤波器,即形态滤波器。In the speed sensorless control system based on the orientation of the stator flux, the key point is to correctly estimate the flux of the stator. In U-I model, the measurement of stator current will influence the EMF, and finally the magnitude and phase of flux, resulting in the inaccurate orientation, bad performance and instability. The stator current is measured by using current whale, and then filtered. At present, the filters are first order and second order filers, but there are some existing problems with them. Therefore this paper proposes another kind of filer-morphological filter, and experiments prove it to be right and feasible.
