摘  要:目的:探讨2.0 T M R FLA IR技术在颅内病变诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:采用GE公司2.0 T esla超导型磁共振机,对378例颅内病变行SE-T1W I、FSE-T2W I及FLA IR序列扫描。并对二种技术进行比较。结果:378例中,FLA IR序列检出1601个病灶,T2W I检出1175个病灶,本组病例间隔时间为1600 m s时是最好地抑制脑脊液信号。结论:FLA IR序列相比常规SE序列,能增加病灶的对比度,提高颅内病变的检出率,FLA IR序列对颅脑病变显示优于FSET2加权序列。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of MRI FLAIR in the diagnosis of intracranial lesion. Methods Three hundred and seventy-eight cases of intracranial lesion were examined with GE 2. 0T MRI scanner. All the patients were studied with T1 weighted spin-echo sequence, T2 weighted fast spin-echo sequence and FLAIR. Results Among these 378 cases, 1601 lesions were found with FLAIR and 1175 lesions were found with T2weighted fast spin-echo sequence. T1 of 1600 ms could suppress cerebrospinal fluid signal effectively. Conclusion Between FLAIR and T2 weighted fast spin-echo, FLAIR sequence is better to demonstrate the extent of the lesions and the contrast between lesions and normal brain tissue. The lesions in the brain are displayed on FLAIR sequence better than T2 weighted fast spin-echo sequence.
