摘　　要：根据大型复杂装备制造具有订单设计的离散制造驱动方式、单件/小批量多品种大成套的生产组织方式等特征,给出了适合复杂装备制造的集成生产管理系统解决方案的体系结构、关键技术及具体解决途径。在863/CIMS重点应用示范工程中验证了该方案的合理性和有效性。Large-scale intermittent manufacturing of complex equipment has the production characteristics of design-to-order products, one-of-a-kind or low volume etc. The hierarchical structure, key technologies and application solution of the integrated production system for complex equipment were implemented. The solution is proven to be reasonable and effective in the 863/CIMS key demonstration project.
