摘　　要：以多元统计理论为手段,运用SPSS统计软件,对辽宁省城镇居民家庭人均消费性支出状况进行了因子分析。通过深层分析得出结论,辽宁省居民的生活水平和生活质量已有很大提高,消费观念正在迅速转变。并在此评价基础上,有针对性地提出了增加城镇居民收入、建立健全居民生活风险与保障体系和积极发展旅游业等一系列启动居民消费的对策。Based on the multiple statistical theory, the consumption structure of people in Liaoning urban area by means of factor analysis function of SPSS was analyzed and conclusion was drawn that the living standard and QOP （quality of life） of Liaoning people have been substantially improved in recent years. Meanwhile, the consumption conception of Liaoning people has changed intensively as well. Furthermore, according to the analysis output, some feasible measures were presented in aspects of raising income per capita, building ＆ perfecting social security system and stimulating consumption.
