摘  要:目的:本实验了解大黄提取液对牙釉质的表面显微硬度值(surface m icrohardness,SMH)的影响,观察和评估大黄提取液对釉质脱矿影响的效果。方法:用去离子水做阴性对照、2%氟化钠做阳性对照、不同浓度大黄提取液处理釉质后进行脱矿,通过显微硬度的测定采用显微硬度仪测量处理前后显微硬度组釉质表面显微硬度值(surface m icrohardness,SMH)的变化。结果:三种浓度大黄提取液处理的釉质SMH值的降低程度都明显低于去离子水组(P<0.01),而与2%氟化钠组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),三组大黄相比也无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:三组大黄提取液都具有抑制釉质脱矿作用。Objective: To investigate effects of three Rheumoffieinale Baill distilled solutions of different concentrations on surface microhardness of human enamel, and observe and evaluate clinical the role of Rheumoffieinale Baill distilled solutions in the enamel demineralization. Methods: 2% NaF , deionized water and three Rheumoffieinale Baill distilled solutions were used to treat the samples . Then the samples were demineraled. After that, we measured the change of the surface mierohardness of the enamel of 40 human premolars specimens with a mierohardness tester. Results: The decrease in the SMH values of the enamels treated by three different concentration Rheumoffieinale Baill distilled solutions was more obvious than that treated by the deionized water (P 〈0.01) , but without remarkable difference from that treated by the 2% NaF. And there were significant differences between all three samples of Rheumofficinale Baill distilled solutions . Conclusion: All three samples of Rheumoffieinale Baill distilled solutions help to control the enamel to get demineralization.
