摘　　要：介绍了一种基于Browser／Server(浏览器／服务器)模式的烟气轮机远程实时在线监测系统。烟气轮机是炼油厂催化裂化装置中的关键设备,故障率较高。该远程诊断系统可对烟气轮机的振动、转速、温度、压力等信号进行监测和分析处理;主要包括如下子系统:远程数据读取系统、信号分析与处理系统、自动处理系统、数据库与故障库系统和报警系统等。该诊断系统可实现用户和设备厂商的技术资源共享,减少维修时间和服务费的支出,提高烟气轮机诊断的精度。A Browser/Server-based remote real-time diagnosis system Flue gas expander is the critical equipment rence. The remote diagnosis system, which in refinery FCC unit, which consists of such subsystems as for flue gas expander is introduced. is subject to higher trouble occurremote data acquisition system, signal analysis and processing system, automatic system etc, provides monitoring and analysis processing system, database and trouble base system and alarm of signals of expander vibration, speed, temperature and pressure, make it possible for user and vendor to share the technical information, reduce maintenance time and operating cost and improve diagnosis accuracy.
